Safran+ is the Safran Group’s business improvement initiative, centered on enhanced customer satisfaction. Borrowing extensively from the rigorous Lean and 6 SIGMA methods, it seeks in every way to stimulate performance, catalyze initiative and innovation, and capitalize on synergies throughout the Group to achieve that goal.
Continuous progress is a core value in Microturbo management methods. Projects are instigated in the different branches by 15 Greenbelts and 2 Blackbelts applying the Safran+ initiative. The ranks of the current team swell year-on-year, expanding our capability to drive change and bring progress to our processes.
