• Maintenance Contracts
  To provide operators with optimized availability and use of their equipment at the most competitive prices, Microturbo offers the following maintenance contracts:
  • MCO (Maintenance in Operational Condition) contract,
  • SBH (Support-By-the-Hour) contract.
• Responsive, customized technical support
  Your operational requirements are our priority, so our experienced technicians and engineers are on-hand for you in our Customer Support Unit:
  • To answer your technical questions,
  • To provide solutions for your operating problems,
  • To take action in the field.
• Technical documentation Microturbo designs and issues technical documentation that meets operators’ needs.
• Scheduled Maintenance and Repair
  To serve our customers faster and closer to where they operate, Microturbo has 4 repair centers in Toulouse, France, Fareham, England, Grand Prairie, Texas, USA, and Sydney, Australia.
• Spare Parts Sales
  Microturbo provides spare parts for all levels of maintenance to operators and maintenance and repair centers.
• Training
  We offer customized desktop and practical courses to train the personnel authorized to service our products. They can be tailored to your individual organization and dispensed on your site or at Microturbo’s dedicated training center in Toulouse.
